Technician, Field Service I – Georgetown, DE. Territory will cover Georgetown, DE and surrounding areas.

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues to your manager with necessary documentation, ensuring accurate information and record keeping.
• Meet customer demands by providing efficient, responsive, and accurate field/shopt/site maintenance.
• Maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property assigned.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain the performance of assigned machines.
• Support the branch/district in achieving overall metric targets through effective performance.

This is a customer-facing role, and compliance with customer policies and protocols may include COVID-19 vaccination and related measures.

• Hold a High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Possess a basic understanding of internet environments and successfully complete the 120-day introductory period and the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new-hire class.
• Ability to travel (valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required).
• Must take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter customer premises.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling).

Salary:
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $ per hour. This role is eligible for a transportation allowance.
