Equipment Share is hiring a Heavy Equipment Field Technician (Mechanic) for our Wilmington, DE location. You will service, repair, and maintain a variety of heavy equipment and aerial lifts, using real-time data to diagnose issues and ensure uptime.
The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with mandatory on-call requirements and overtime potential. You will operate company vehicles, train junior technicians, and work with OEM training programs throughout the year.
