Job Summary
As a Senior, Mechanic Technician, you will work under limited supervision and be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles and mechanical equipment. You will utilize your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure the safe and efficient operation of machinery, vehicles, and systems. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Must have all required tools to fulfill the responsibilities and requirements of the job.

• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA Standards, and perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures, including Hazardous Energy Control Procedures (HECP) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Communicate directions and specifications verbally and in writing to team members.
• Demonstrate high quality work, performed with limited repeat repairs and within Standard Repair Times (SRTs).
• Demonstrate ability to aid and train other technicians in repairs and WM procedures and policies.
• Use time effectively, prevent irrelevant issues or distractions from interfering with work completion.
• Document Work and Parts Usage:
  Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks. Record parts usage, labor hours, and diagnostic findings utilizing fleet maintenance software program.
• Test and Adjust Systems:
  Test vehicle systems and components to ensure proper functionality and alignment. Adjust settings, calibrate sensors, and perform fine-tuning as necessary to optimize performance and…
