Laborer Pool Installation

Do you have hands-on construction experience and enjoy working with your hands? We’re looking for a Laborer - Pool Installation to join our growing team and help bring custom outdoor spaces to life. You don’t need to be a pool expert. If you have a strong construction background, take pride in your work, and are willing to learn, we’ll teach you the pool-specific skills.

• Assist with the construction and installation of residential swimming pools
• Prepare job sites and materials for construction
• Perform hands-on construction, installation, and finishing work
• Use basic hand and power tools safely
• Follow plans, measurements, and project specifications
• Work alongside a team to keep projects moving on schedule
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Help troubleshoot issues and find practical solutions
• Take pride in delivering quality workmanship

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, hands-on, and ready to learn. You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Previous construction, remodeling, landscaping, concrete, masonry, or installation experience
• Comfort working outdoors and in different job-site conditions
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to read measurements and follow instructions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and a dependable work history
• Pool construction experience is a plus, but not required.
