Hourly, part‑time position serving youth and families throughout New Castle County.

• Be dependable, committed, and serve as a positive role model for youth in community, school, and home settings.
• Initiate, organize, plan, develop, and implement direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families.
• Develop service plans based on a strength‑based approach using the wrap‑around model.
• Offer flexible hours, competitive weekly pay, and activity reimbursement.

Positions have flexible non‑traditional hours; evenings and weekends may be required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.
• Experience working with at‑risk youth.
• Proficiency in computer skills; experience using an electronic health record (EHR) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance coverage (must be able to provide an Auto Declaration document).
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus.
