Position Details
Case Manager (#109440) – Full-Time, 1st Shift (no weekends).
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, occasional weekend/evenings.
The position coordinates case management and linkages to community programs and services. This role coaches and counsels individuals and families within its caseload and provides crisis intervention. Case sessions are primarily delivered in the community (client homes, schools, etc.); case management can also be in an office environment. The role may at times require evenings and/or weekend work to meet client needs.
On‑call coverage may be required.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology or social work
- At least 1 year of experience working with children and adolescents
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to work Monday–Friday with an on‑call rotation
Earn $20.67 per hour.
