Position: Clinical Research Coordinator (Bilingual)

Job Description

The Center for Healthcare Delivery Science (CHDS) at Nemours Children’s Health seeks a full‑time Clinical Bilingual Research Coordinator (CRC). The position is based in Wilmington, DE, and is available immediately. The CRC will primarily work with Dr. J.J. Cutuli and will require frequent travel to New Jersey and Philadelphia.

Responsibilities include coordinating, implementing and completing qualitative and quantitative research studies to develop a manualized program for identifying and serving students experiencing homelessness. The role is community‑based participatory research, involving work with the Camden City School District in New Jersey for multiple days each week. Key duties are:

  • Assist the Camden City Schools Homeless Education Liaison with district operations, such as updating student information systems and office administrative data for families experiencing homelessness.
  • Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) language skills, assisting with translation of materials and engagement of Spanish‑speaking students and families.
  • Coordinate IRB submissions, recruit study participants, obtain informed consent, interact with community partners, youth, young adults and parents related to research projects.
  • Schedule and conduct study procedures, collect and record study data, maintain study records.
  • Assist with coordinating financial contracts between community partners.
  • Participate in data collection and analysis; prepare scientific presentations, manuscripts, reports and grant proposals.
Position Requirements
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education, counseling, social work or related field.
  • Must effectively use Microsoft Office computer software. Qualitative coding experience preferred.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with educators and community human service providers.
  • Fluent bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are required.
