Impact Life in Wilmington seeks a Workforce Development Specialist to support Recovery Café members in building employment skills, securing job placements, and receiving ongoing coaching to sustain work and recovery.
The role is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with responsibilities split between the Wilmington Recovery Café and Newark Recovery Hub locations. Occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays may be required to meet program needs.
