Software Engineer II

Overview

This role supports the Structured Finance Document Custody team, delivering system design, development, and testing for enterprise applications. You will enhance core and supporting systems while ensuring performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

Location: Wilmington, DE (Hybrid – Remote with in-office presence 3 days per week)

Duration: 6 months

• Design, develop, test, and support .NET-based applications
• Perform systems analysis and participate across the full SDLC
• Develop unit tests targeting high/complete coverage
• Collaborate with development, operations, and business teams
• Support and integrate third-party applications
• Promote development standards, best practices, and secure coding
• Identify and escalate risk or compliance issues as needed

• Associate’s degree with 5+ years of application development experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong OOP and SDLC background
• Experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, REST/SOAP services
• Experience with Angular, MVC, SQL, MS SQL Server, and Visual Studio
• Experience deploying solutions in Microsoft Azure
• Experience with Git and Git Lab CI/CD

• Banking or financial services experience
• API design and security best practices
• Automated testing and CI/CD experience
• Agile methodology experience
• Full-stack development experience
