Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Java Fullstack Developer with 8+ years of hands‑on experience to join our client’s team in Wilmington, DE. This is an urgent hiring requirement with in‑person interviews scheduled this week. Only local candidates will be considered; no relocation support is available.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and modern frontend technologies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle processes and project timelines.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional experience as a Java Fullstack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and backend development.
- Expertise in frontend technologies such as Angular / React / JavaScript / HTML / CSS.
