CTG is seeking an experienced Software Engineer III to join our client’s growing technology team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining complex Fullstack web applications while leading and mentoring less experienced developers.
Location: Wilmington, DE
Duration: 12 months

- Work on Fullstack web apps with C#, .NET MVC, Web Forms, Angular, SQL Server.
- Participate in Azure Cloud migrations, performance tuning, and implementing best practices.
- Influence technology strategy, recommend solutions, and improve development processes.
- Design and develop high-complexity applications using .NET, Angular, and SQL Server.
- Mentor and guide junior developers on project tasks and coding standards.
- Perform performance analysis, tuning, and debugging of applications.
- Create and review technical specifications, test plans, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams across all development phases.
- Follow and promote coding best practices (SOLID principles, TDD).
Skills:
- .NET Framework 4.8 & .NET Core, C#
- ASP.NET Web Forms & MVC
- Web API development
- Angular + UI libraries (Prime NG/Kendo
UI) - SQL Server performance tuning
- Entity Framework Core
- Unit testing & mocking frameworks
- Git Lab / version control
- Azure Cloud migration/refactoring experience
- Dependency Injection frameworks
- Dev Ops CI/CD scripting/support
- Docusign or Filenet integrations
- Minimum Associate’s degree + 6 years application development experience (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and mentor teams.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.
