Full Stack Developer (Java Spring Boot & React)
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in both Java Spring Boot and React, with the ability to contribute equally across backend and frontend development. This role requires a hands-on developer who is passionate about building scalable, high-quality applications in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using Java Spring Boot and React.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend applications using React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, architects, QA, and Dev Ops.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following coding best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, from design through deployment and support.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong experience developing frontend applications using React.js.
- Ideal experience split of 50% Backend (Java/Spring Boot) and 50% Frontend (React).
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and software design principles.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to AWS cloud services.
- Experience working with AI-powered development tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Amazon Q, Cursor, etc.).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern Dev Ops practices.
