Full Stack Java Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React and Spring Boot to build and support scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. The ideal candidate will have experience across the full software development lifecycle, including application development, CI/CD pipeline implementation, and AWS-based deployments.
Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using React and Spring Boot.
• Execute software solutions through design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
• Write secure, scalable, and high-quality code with a focus on performance and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions while considering upstream and downstream system impacts.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient application deployment and delivery.
• Leverage AWS services for application hosting, deployment, and infrastructure management.
• Apply SDLC tools and automation practices to improve development efficiency and software quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues of moderate complexity.
• Analyze large and diverse datasets to identify problems, support decision-making, and improve application stability.
• Follow established processes, methodologies, and best practices for secure software development.
• Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful team environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 4 years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • React.js
  • Java
  • Spring Boot
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in AWS.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and application architecture.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-native application development.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and Dev Ops practices.
• Experience optimizing application performance and scalability.
