We are looking for a professional Pilates Instructor to join our team at Club Pilates in Wilmington, DE. This is a full‑time, on‑site role where you will lead group Pilates classes using equipment such as Reformers and EXO‑Chairs. Your responsibilities will include creating a welcoming and safe environment, delivering engaging and effective sessions tailored to different skill levels, and promoting overall health and wellness.

Additionally, maintaining proper safety protocols and offering guidance on form and technique are key aspects of the role.

• Experience in Pilates Instruction, including utilizing equipment such as Reformers and EXO‑Chairs
• Proficiency in Group Exercise and Teaching, with the ability to adapt sessions to various fitness levels
• Knowledge of Physical Therapy principles, including understanding body mechanics and injury prevention
• Strong Customer Service skills for engaging and supporting clients in a professional environment
• Certification in Pilates instruction is required
• CPR/AED certification is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a passion for promoting health and wellness
