Operate patient transport vehicles, including emergency vehicles, to transport patients between VA Medical Center facilities and other sites;
Assist patients with mobility and safety during loading/unloading of stretchers and wheelchairs;
Comply with safety procedures and perform vehicle walk-around inspections;
Drive in rural, congested, and construction zones under various weather conditions;
Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and potential overtime during emergencies
