Premium freight moving through established regional lanes helps drivers stay productive while operating within a structured regional network. This position offers weekly home time, assigned equipment, and no-touch freight throughout a multi-state operating area.
Equipment:
Drivers operate assigned Kenworth T-680 automatic tractors equipped with a Thermo King APU, 2500-watt inverter, refrigerator, double bunk, Bluetooth capability, and outward-facing cameras only. Smart Truck UT6 aerodynamic reefer trailers are utilized throughout the fleet. Assigned equipment may be parked at home when suitable parking is available.
Operations:
Drivers haul 100% no-touch freight through established regional lanes. Freight consists of approximately 60% drop-and-hook freight and 40% scheduled live-load freight. Drivers are paid on all dispatched miles, both loaded and empty, while operating throughout a regional network primarily east of I-35.
Earnings Structure:
Drivers earn $1,375 to $1,625 per week. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available, along with quarterly performance-based incentives and additional accessorial pay opportunities when applicable.
Onboarding:
Company-paid orientation is provided, along with orientation pay. Following orientation, drivers transition into scheduled freight rotations within the regional fleet.

Qualifications:
Current Class A CDL required. 6 months of tractor-trailer experience in the last year. Ability to safely operate equipment and maintain compliance with all applicable safety regulations.
