Warehouse Associate will maintain the highest levels of safety, production, cost, and quality. The role involves coordinating and reporting inventory and replenishments, participating in manual labor, and maintaining a roll‑up‑the‑sleeves attitude in any situation.

• Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational procedures and policies.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for operational excellence.
• Receive inventory, including unloading delivery trucks, matching against purchase orders, sorting, and placing in appropriate areas.
• Operate material handling equipment to move inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Keep the warehouse in order—sweep, clean, and neaten as necessary.

• Extensive computer experience (Pacejet, Word, Excel).
• Experience with receiving, stocking, processing orders.
• Able to operate a forklift and material‑handling equipment.
• Proficient with hand tools and ability to read a tape measure.
• Able to commute to work location—Wilmington, DE (Mon‑Fri 8–5 p.m.).
