We are targeting a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our team. Day shift Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm ET (or until the work is done, overtime after 40 hours). This is a direct‑hire to the company, meaning it is a permanent opportunity. Pay: $18.00/HR

  Job Description:
  
  Warehouse work – picking plywood orders, strapping/banding for shipment, forklift (sit‑down propane) operations, loading/unloading, general distribution duties and area cleanup as needed.
• Pre‑Employment Screening: 14‑panel drug test (includes THC/Cannabis).

• Process orders, locate products, process returns
• Work in a team on inbound and outbound warehouse duties
• Assist customers with loading orders onto their vehicles
• Perform general warehouse tasks such as receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, and shipping
• Other duties as assigned

• High School diploma or GED
• 1+ year of warehouse experience (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, loading/unloading trucks)
• Good communication and math skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Sit‑down forklift experience is a plus

• Stands for 3 to 4 hours at a time
• Lifts up to 70 pounds
• Withstands fluctuating temperature changes
• Quickly learns new systems
