Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Salary Range: $42,000 – $50,000 per year

As our Warehouse Support Specialist, you will work at the center of our Wilmington operation: packing and preparing chemical products, keeping shipments flowing, and maintaining a clean, safe facility. You do not need years of experience to succeed here. We provide training, including forklift certification, and a clear path into specialized skills like Hazmat shipping and chemical production.

- Pack MB‑10 and Vimoba tablets to keep stock levels consistent
- Pump and prepare chemical cases for shipment across all order types (freight, ground, and Quip deliveries)
- Work on the bottling line as needed
- Clean, wash, and recertify returned and reusable poly drums
- Receive, stage, load, and unload materials; support inventory and material organization
- Operate forklifts to move pallets and drums (training and certification provided)
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Perform janitorial duties, including cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, kitchen, office, and laboratory areas
- Follow OSHA and EPA guidelines, company safety rules, and quality standards
- Carrier shipping systems for Fed Ex, ODFL, and UPS
- Backup chemical production
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a safety‑first mindset
- Comfort with physical, hands‑on work
- Warehouse, forklift, or chemical‑handling experience is a plus, but not required; we are glad to train motivated entry‑level candidates
Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling; able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Manual transfer tasks using pumps, hoses, and related equipment
- Some work in hot, dusty conditions
- PPE provided and required as tasks demand: safety glasses, splash goggles, face shield, nitrile gloves, N95 or full‑face respirator, chemically resistant apron, and protective clothing
- Pre‑employment background check, drug screen, and physical for respirator clearance
- Salary Range: $42,000 – $50,000 per year
