What does the role look like?As a Warehouse Associate at Urva Prep Center, you'll play a key role in the daily warehouse operations. You’ll be assigned to one of our two warehouse departments, receiving or shipping.
Receiving:
Unpackage inbound client shipments and scan inventory accurately into our system.
Shipping:
Scan and box client inventory, consolidating it into outbound FBA shipments headed to Amazon.
High performers are rewarded with raises. Employees who consistently fall short of expectations will be let go.
Productivity:
Units received, shipped, or stored per shift, measured against daily targets
Reliability:
Consistent on-time attendance and dependability across scheduled shifts
Adaptability:
Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new warehouse processes quickly and accurately
