We are seeking a Recruiter to drive growth in the Wilmington, IL market. The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

• Full recruitment cycle and onboard employees for warehouse facility
• Partner with managers to understand staffing needs
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientations
• Support employees and act as the point of contact for HR and various duties

• Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Previous recruitment experience (with light industrial is preferred)
• Strong people skills - you enjoy building connections
• Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office; ATS experience is a plus
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in on-site setting
