Warehouse Operator Forklift

Ryder is hiring a Warehouse Forklift Operator in Wilmington, Illinois. The role offers competitive pay, weekly wage, and a full benefits package.

• Base Pay: $18.50 per hour
• Hourly increases: $0.25 at 90 and 180 days, 3% after 1 year
• Overtime Pay: $27.75 per hour

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least one year of warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a diverse environment
• High degree of initiative, accuracy, and meticulousness
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Physical ability to lift or move up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Commitment to health and safety procedures and a flexible schedule

• Perform warehouse functions such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Maintain accurate picking, packing, auditing, and staging of products
• Handle documentation: picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core production hours
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines and complete other duties as assigned
