Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. We have been a leading provider over 25 years in the private duty health care industry; we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care and improving health outcomes within our community.
You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled nurse, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and administer medications according to prescribed protocols
- Monitor patient health status and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Assist with diagnostic tests and analyze patient data to inform treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and post-care instructions
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other medical staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Adhere to infection control and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
- Support patients in activities of daily living as needed, promoting comfort and dignity throughout their care
- Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, medical terminology, and healthcare policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team
- Ability to handle stressful situations and adapt to changing patient care needs
- Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other healthcare technology
- Commitment to patient-centered care and maintaining high ethical standards
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
