Union Site Heavy Equipment Operator

We are looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator II to work at our waste disposal site in Wilmington, IL. The role requires operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, scrapers and front‑end loaders, and performing routine inspections, maintenance and material handling.

• Starting salary: $45.75 per hour, depending on experience.
• Stable hours:
  Monday‑Friday 5:15 am – 4:30 pm with occasional weekends.

• Operate heavy equipment in compliance with company safety policies.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance; maintain accurate records.
• Move and position raw materials and finished components with material‑moving equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures for vehicle operation and maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Over 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical exam.
