  A N A Lumpers LLC in Wilmington, IL is looking for a hardworking and dependable warehouse team member to join their crew! In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly by palletizing, separating, and shrink wrapping products with speed and accuracy.

  Responsibilities:

  Palletize products according to established stacking and weight guidelines

  Separate and sort products by type, size, or destination as directed

  Shrink wrap completed pallets to ensure safe and secure transport

  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times

  Work efficiently to meet production and shipping deadlines

  Follow warehouse safety protocols and procedures

  Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow continuity

  Requirements:

  Previous warehouse, lumping, or general labor experience preferred

  Ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy products for extended periods

  Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

  Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic

  Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

  Experience with shrink wrap equipment is a plus
