KBW has teamed up with a public technology company in the Woburn area seeking a Senior Cost Accountant to join its growing accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company and work closely with both the Operations team and the Accounting Manager, with a strong focus on cost accounting, inventory analysis, and manufacturing-related reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and review general ledger activity related to inventory
- Develop and maintain standard costs
- Perform variance analysis on inventory-related balance sheet accounts
- Analyze manufacturing costs and operational variances
- Support and participate in physical inventory counts and cycle counts
- Assist with inventory reporting and process improvements
- 3+ years of cost accounting experience
- Experience working with an ERP system
- Strong understanding of standard costing and cost analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
Hybrid work schedule
Compensation: $100 - $125K plus bonus
