Administrative Support Specialist (Onsite)

Location:

Wilmington, MA
Pay Rate: $34.00 – $38.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide onsite support in a fast-paced office environment. This role will assist with a variety of administrative functions to support the SAS team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and eager to grow within an organization.

Work Environment
  • 100% onsite role in a cubicle-based, climate-controlled office

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and format documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations
  • Provide general administrative support to assigned teams
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events
  • Manage and organize files, records, and documentation
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations and special projects as needed
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or facilities coordination role
  • Prior experience working in an office environment required
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 1 hour as needed
