Job Overview

As the Financial Analyst you will work in a fast-paced environment, gaining exposure across a wide variety of business activities. You will be a part of the embedded financial analyst team and will support Project Cost Control and Procurement Approval Process, EAC/Portfolio Reporting, Site Management, and work with the Labor Functional Teams. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Costing and Project Reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Project Cost Control, Estimate at Completion (EAC) / Estimate to Complete (ETC) data collection and Reporting, Customer Reporting, support Risk Management and Change Management.
  • Assist in the consolidation of our project site portfolio.
  • Be proactive and work with different key stakeholders, learning costing of the business.
  • Support project reporting on budgets, actuals, forecasts, and variances.
  • Manage purchase requisitions/orders and change management.
  • Track labor savings by category.
  • Risk and opportunity formulation and tracking.
  • Aid in projects complying with governance, project delivery processes and project reporting standards.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain/Operations (through finance or functionally).
  • Ability to work in a results-oriented, project-driven, real-time team environment, prioritize projects, and deliver quality results within tight time constraints.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, analytical and abstract reasoning skills.
  • Be able to work in a dynamic business environment that requires rapid learning, multitask, and prioritization of deliverables.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days per week in office) based in Wilmington, MA office.
Work Environment & Travel
  • Up to 10% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
  • The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
Compensation & Benefits

The base range for this position in the posted location is $82,000.00 - $; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K, PTO and/or other benefits.
