Job Description

• Oversee daily operations of healthcare construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor project progress and address any delays or challenges to maintain schedules.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies on-site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Manage and supervise on-site construction teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
