Associate Dentist (Temp-to-Potentially Permanent, Part-Time)

Wilmington Family Dental is seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team on a part‑time, temporary basis (2 days per week). This role is designed to support our practice during an interim period from April through July, with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

• Provide high‑quality general dental care, including exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Perform a range of procedures (restorative, preventive, and basic cosmetic dentistry)
• Build strong relationships with patients and deliver a comfortable, patient‑centered experience
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical and administrative team

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active state dental license in good standing
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and chairside manner
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

• Part‑time: 2 days per week
• Monday required, with a second day flexible based on the candidate’s availability
• Temporary:
  April through July (approximate)
