• - Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
• - Collect patient treatment payments and process transactions accurately

• - Proven experience in a dental or medical office setting preferred
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• - Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• - Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• - Proficiency with dental practice management software and basic computer skills
