This is an on-site SAT Tutor role located in Wilmington, MA, offered as a contract position. The SAT Tutor will provide individual and small-group instruction focused on SAT Math, Evidence-Based Reading, and Writing, following curriculum guidelines and test-prep best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lessons, delivering engaging instruction, assigning and reviewing practice work, and monitoring student progress using practice tests and performance data.

The tutor will communicate regularly with students and caregivers about goals, strengths, and areas for improvement, and maintain accurate records of attendance and progress. The role also involves maintaining a professional learning environment, collaborating with the Venezia Tutoring team on instructional strategies, and adhering to company policies and schedules.

• Strong knowledge of SAT Math, Reading, and Writing; ability to explain test strategies and problem-solving methods clearly.
• Experience in tutoring, teaching, or academic coaching, preferably in standardized test preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, including lesson planning and tracking student progress.
• Bachelor's degree or higher (students actively pursuing a BA or BS are encouraged to apply)
• Familiarity with EdTech tools, online resources, and practice test platforms used for SAT preparation.
• Ability to work on-site in Wilmington, MA, with consistent availability for after-school and/or weekend sessions.
