Insight Global is seeking a Technical Service Ambassador for a leading industrial technology and equipment solutions client. This individual will serve as the face of the organization at customer warehouse and fulfillment facilities, building strong relationships while helping customers maximize the performance, safety, and longevity of battery-powered mobile workstation equipment. The role combines technical field service, customer training, consulting, and account support responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is comfortable traveling extensively, conducting equipment evaluations, troubleshooting technical issues, delivering hands-on training, and partnering with customer operations and maintenance teams to drive operational excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded professional who thrives in customer-facing environments and enjoys a mix of field service, relationship management, and technical consulting.
