Bright Home Solutions is a solar and HVAC installer based in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, providing affordable and expertly designed solar and energy-efficient heat pump systems. Bright Home Solutions is also a Mass Save partner. Renewable energy consultants will also be able to assist homeowners and business owners in getting no-cost energy assessments and qualify for energy-efficient heat pump systems to help in decarbonization.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Renewable Energy Consultant located in Wilmington, MA. The Renewable Energy Consultant will be responsible for assessing clients' energy needs, canvassing assigned areas by door-knocking to reach clients, designing tailored renewable energy solutions, and staying updated on industry trends. You will be helping homeowners and business owners qualify for solar and HVAC systems. Daily tasks include conducting site assessments, developing project proposals, coordinating with installation teams, and providing exceptional customer service.

As energy consultants, you will participate in daily accountability calls and attend the office for training once a week. You will be held accountable for your daily interactions while assisting homeowners in qualifying for these state programs.

Qualifications
  • Analytical Skills for assessing energy needs and designing solutions
  • Knowledge of Solar Energy and Renewable Energy
  • Understanding of the Energy Industry and renewable energy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
