- Perform TCAD simulations, device testing, and data analysis.
- Design and layout test structures using Cadence tools.
- Conduct electrical characterization with analyzers (e.g., Keysight B1500).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology qualification and product integration.
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science; MS/PhD preferred.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics and fabrication processes.
- Hands-on experience in lab measurements and data analysis.
- Familiarity with TCAD, Cadence, and reliability testing.
- Experience with GaN technology is a plus.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $86,400 to $118,800.
