We believe people should love what they do. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Textron Systems is seeking an experienced PCB Designer to join our team. This individual will work as part of a multidisciplinary design team during the development phases of an emerging program.

• Develop new PCB designs and transition those designs into military qualified hardware.
• Specify appropriate PCB construction based on requirements and environments.
• Be knowledgeable in IPC standards, supplier PCB fabrication techniques and controlled impedance path layouts.
• Work with the Design Engineering team to develop and improve new product designs to support advanced emerging programs for military customers.

• 5+ years of experience in PCB layouts
• Experience in the layout of high-density printed circuit boards
• Controlled track impedance, RF PCB, and guard track layout experience
• Allegro/Expedition PCB designer experience
• Create and maintain component libraries
• Experienced footprint generation
• Education Requirements:
  
  AS degree in PCB design or equivalent
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret Clearance

• Experience with Multi-Layer Flex Boards
• Experience with Orcad Schematic

Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
