• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in real‑time, providing guidance to maintenance teams.
• Develop and execute test plans, set milestones, and define requirements for tools and equipment needed for field validation.
• Coordinate engineering campaigns for field upgrades to improve reliability, autonomy, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with design teams to develop system architecture, using kinematics, control algorithms, and AI decision‑making.
• Act as the technical liaison between stakeholders—including senior leadership, R&D teams, and partners—providing diagnostics and root‑cause analysis.
• Work with internal teams (systems engineers, software developers) and external operations teams to optimize deployed systems.
• Provide data‑driven insights to inform design decisions and future technology development.

• Bachelor’s degree in robotics, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience providing on‑site engineering services for complex robotic, automotive, or electromechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical, mechanical, and software systems.
• Hands‑on design experience for complex robotic/electromechanical systems.
• Experience with drivetrain systems, PCBA, and other electromechanical components.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

• Travel up to 20% may be required; a valid driver’s license is needed.
• Employees manage expense reimbursements on a bi‑weekly basis.

The base pay range is $82,000.00 – $, plus medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), PTO, and other benefits.
