Senior Controls Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Controls Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced control systems for our automation projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PLC programming, HMI development, and system integration, and will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our automated processes. Key responsibilities include:

• Dynamic Control Design:
  Architecting and implementing sophisticated algorithms to optimize cooling capacity based on real-time load and thermal data.
• End-to-End Programming:
  Developing complex PLC logic and HMI/SCADA interfaces tailored specifically for mission-critical cooling operations.
• Advanced Integration:
  Spearheading the integration of sensors, RTUs, and controllers to ensure seamless automated thermal management.
• Mission-Critical Commissioning:
  Owning the full lifecycle from initial electrical schematic design through to site validation and final performance testing.

Qualifications:

• 3+ Years of Direct
  
  Experience:
  
  A proven track record in the design, programming, and maintenance of industrial control systems.
• Mastery of PLC/SCADA:
  Advanced, hands-on proficiency with PLC programming and high-level HMI/SCADA development.
• Cooling/HVAC Proficiency: A strong technical grasp of thermal management, airflow, and automated cooling fundamentals.
• Engineering Degree:
  Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
