We are looking for a talented Facilities Technician who will be responsible for providing comprehensive facility maintenance, repair and services on building components and systems for offices, R&Dlaboratories, and a BMP manufacturing facility.

* Duties and Responsibilities:
*** Perform effective monitoring of equipment performance.
* Maintain and stay current with SOP requirements and compliance.
* Perform repairs and maintenance on various facilities equipment systems, (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, High Purity Water, Wastewater, etc.)
* Ensure timely completion of all p/m's and work orders in your area of responsibility.
* Facilitating and coordinating services with outside vendors and contractors and ensure successful completion of tasks.
* Respond to trouble calls quickly and safely to minimize downtime.
* Support and assist with shutdown planning and execution.
* Overtime required as needed, including holidays.
* Must be able to work at various heights and limited crawl spaces.
** Required Education,
Experience and Skills:
*** Technical trade training or equivalent experience.
* 3-5 years of Facilities Maintenance related experience
* Must observe and comply with all standard safety codes and practices.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to be successful in a fast-paced and changing environment.
* Must observe and comply with all standard safety codes and practices
* Must be able to interpret detailed plans, specifications, operating manuals, and other written materials associated with trade.
* Mass State Grade 2 Wastewater License must be obtained within one year of employment
* For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce
- Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State
- Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
