Role Summary
Senior AMS Verification Engineer (Full Time, FY26 Recruiting). Level: P3. The position is within the ATE Group and focuses on IC development for new ATE products using integrated high‑speed and precision signal chains. Design work spans BiCMOS SiGe, 0.18µm/16nm CMOS processes, and custom SIP packages.
Responsibilities- System‑level verification of digital and mixed‑signal circuits, including high‑speed drivers & receivers, DACs, SPI/JTAG/Ser Des interfaces, calibration routines and digital controls.
- Develop test bench environments and directed functional, random, and constrained‑random tests.
- Implement coverage‑driven verification methodologies and create functional coverage metrics.
- Ensure environments allow designers, product, and test engineers to efficiently develop functional test cases.
- Define and develop block‑level modeling and verification strategies based on design requirements and architecture.
- Specify and perform block and chip‑level RTL, gate, and mixed‑signal co‑simulation regressions.
- Track progress against the verification plan.
- Work with designers and product/apps engineers to achieve functional coverage goals and debug the design and environment.
- Collaborate closely with evaluation engineers when silicon arrives to compare and contrast simulation results.
- Participate in project meetings.
- Minimum requirement of a BSEE or MSEE degree and at least 3years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of System Verilog, UVM, and object‑oriented programming.
- Experience with Verilog and SPICE simulators.
- Experience with analog circuits and Cadence Virtuoso.
- Proficiency in a scripting language such as Python, TCL, Perl, or Bash.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills at the circuit and system level.
- Strong presentation and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and across organizations.
Expected wage range for a new hire: $110,385 to $151,808, based on location, experience, education, and other factors. The position includes a discretionary performance‑based bonus, medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), paid vacation, holidays, sick time, and other benefits.
