Join Analog Devices (ADI) as a Device and Process Engineer focused on delivering innovative power product solutions. The role will be part of a multifunctional team that designs, develops, and scales semiconductor device and process technologies for advanced applications.
Responsibilities and Duties- Design semiconductor devices and define process DOE splits in the fab.
- Set up test measurements in laboratory and collect automated data as needed.
- Develop CMOS technology, including characterization, modeling, or process integration.
- Perform semiconductor device characterization, device physics analysis, and TCAD simulation using tools such as Sentaurus, Silvaco, or similar.
- Define optimum process and device layouts.
- Support technology qualification and implementation for new products.
- Assist in production ramp‑up of new technologies and products.
- Advanced degree in electrical engineering, materials science, or a related discipline;
PhD preferred. - Expertise in laboratory measurement and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as a team member.

Yes, 10% of the time. - Expected wage range: $110,385 to $151,808.
- Position qualifies for a discretionary performance‑based bonus.
