The ADI Industrial Team in Wilmington, MA is seeking an experienced Mixed Signal Design Technical Lead Engineer with high‑speed, fine‑line analog CMOS expertise to develop ICs for new products. The candidate will collaborate with tier‑1 industrial customers and internal design teams to propound system‑level architecture, lead design integration, and drive product development from concept through release.
Responsibilities- Lead collaboration with top‑tier industrial customers throughout the product development process at the system architecture level.
- Collaborate with the internal design team to determine feasibility and implementation of requirements at the system level.
- Lead product development from initial concept through release, including planning, organizing, and executing.
- Design system‑level schematics integrating analog/digital circuits, including high‑speed drivers and receivers, precision analog circuits, and digital algorithms.
- Develop detailed system‑level requirements for the internal design team to ensure product success.
- Collaborate with application engineers on product datasheet development, evaluation boards, and reference designs.
- Work closely with evaluation engineers to validate measured results against simulation predictions, including eye diagrams, jitter, and timing accuracy.
- Prepare and present design review documentation packages.
- BSEE or MSEE preferred, with 7+ years of mixed‑signal design experience and design integration.
- Experience in mixed‑signal circuit design on 40nm CMOS or smaller node devices.
- Proficiency in handling fine‑line CMOS design and transistor‑level schematic design.
- Strong knowledge of Spice simulators and CAD tools (Cadence Virtuoso).
- Ability to problem‑solve at the transistor and system levels.
- Experience with lab equipment including digital oscilloscopes, source generators, and BER testers.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and collaborate within a global engineering team.
- Ability to present to internal and external stakeholders.

• Base salary range: $157,080 to $227,460, depending on location and experience.
