Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Systems Semiconductor Packaging Engineer to drive concept-to-manufacturing for advanced packaging solutions.
You will work with cross-functional design teams, OSATs, ODMs and EMS partners to deliver high-density interconnect assemblies and multi-chip modules for healthcare and industrial applications. Preferred candidates have 2–5 years in semiconductor packaging, materials knowledge, and experience with design controls and reliability engineering.
