Summary Analog Devices is seeking an experienced Staff Test Engineer to provide technical leadership for the Advantest V93000 platform within our Test Enablement Group. In this highly visible role, you will drive production test strategy, software development methodologies, and platform adoption across ADI's diverse portfolio of analog, mixed-signal, power management, sensor, converter, industrial, and automotive products. As a key member of the Test Enablement organization, you will collaborate with Product Line Test Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, and ATE suppliers to develop robust, scalable, and cost-effective production test solutions.

You will play a critical role in advancing ADI's test capabilities by establishing best practices, influencing technology direction, and enabling the successful deployment of next-generation test solutions across the enterprise. This is a senior individual contributor position focused on technical leadership, innovation, and cross-functional influence, offering the opportunity to shape the future direction of the Advantest V93000 platform and ADI's production test strategy.

• Serve as the technical expert and platform owner for the Advantest V93000 test platform across ADI's global test engineering community.
• Define, develop, and drive adoption of best practices for V93000 test program development, hardware architecture, instrumentation utilization, and production test methodologies.
• Partner with Product Line Test Engineering teams to develop innovative, high-quality, and manufacturable production test solutions.
• Collaborate with new product development teams to establish test strategies that balance coverage, quality, throughput, and cost.
• Drive continuous improvement of test development processes, standards, documentation, and engineering methodologies.
• Evaluate and introduce new test technologies, tools, and capabilities that improve organizational effectiveness and test quality.
• Work closely with Manufacturing Operations to increase test capacity, optimize multisite efficiency, improve throughput, and reduce cost of test.
• Serve as the primary technical interface between ADI and ATE suppliers, influencing future platform capabilities and technology roadmaps.
• Influence long-term test platform strategy and ensure alignment with future product and manufacturing requirements.

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of semiconductor test engineering experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience developing and supporting production test solutions on the Advantest V93000 platform.
• Experience with semiconductor production test development, characterization, debug, correlation, qualification, and manufacturing release.
• Strong understanding of ATE hardware architecture, instrumentation, interface systems, and load board development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and influence decisions across cross‑functional engineering organizations.
