We have an exciting opportunity for a Materials (Engineering) Planner supporting our new High Voltage Systems and RF Engineering teams in Wilmington, MA. This role plays a key part in supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) activities through close collaboration with Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management, and Manufacturing teams. Responsibilities include coordinating material availability, managing engineering change activities, maintaining Bills of Material (BOMs) in SAP, and helping ensure projects remain on schedule.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in SAP or another ERP system, along with a background in planning, supply chain, manufacturing, or BOM management.

• Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors final approval of products through the complete Product Development Process (PDP)
• Coordinates production plans for new products ensuring availability of material to meet project schedules
• Manages on-time-delivery goals of products by committed ship date
• Works to resolve capacity, material constraints and other potential schedule interruptions
• Approves unit quantities, schedules and parts lists provided to the material control organization to ensure timely and complete ordering, as well as receipt and issuance of production material requirements
• Manages and implements NPI Engineering Change Orders (ECOs). Supports the creation and approval process of ECOs.
• Coordinates with engineering to create and maintain Bill of Material (BOMs) in SAP
• Uploads and validates BOMs in iPro and SAP to ensure accurate purchasing signals and master data integrity.
• Ensure BOM accuracy by working directly with the Design Engineer and Engineering Team(s).
• Manages the release of parts, modules, and/or units to appropriate department in production
• Creates and maintains work orders, purchase requests and internal transfer orders
• Ensures NPI build materials are available on time through coordination with NPI Build Teams, Manufacturing Engineering, and receiving factories.
• Coordinates build schedules with Program Managers and drives "Clear to Build" readiness timelines.
