Position: Financial Solutions Advisor Registration Candidate - Northern MA Market

Position Summary

This role is responsible for providing comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. Duties include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, and meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals and recommend appropriate products. The position may also involve the provision of residential mortgage loans, which requires SAFE Act registration and a background check.

Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to plan short- and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money‑managed solutions.
  • Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.
  • Triage client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds, mitigating and controlling risk as part of daily activities.
  • Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
Required Qualifications
  • Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
  • Self‑disciplined time and capacity management.
  • Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions.
  • Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Results‑driven mindset prioritizing client interests in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology or applications.
Desired Qualifications
  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • Bachelor's degree and/or at least one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
