• You have a valid Massachusetts CNA or Home Health Aide certification
• You have at least 1 year of caregiving experience (CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP experience is a big plus!)
• You have a valid CPR and First Aid certification
• You have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle

• Engaging in activities, companionship, and meaningful conversation
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and Hoyer lift operation
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Light housekeeping
• Occasional transportation (shopping, groceries, appointments)
