Assisting Hands Home Care of Wilmington is growing, and we’re looking for compassionate, reliable HHAs and CNAs to join our dedicated team!

We have flexible day shifts available ranging from 4 to 12 hours in:

• Stoneham
• Peabody
• Ipswich
• Burlington
• Woburn
• And surrounding North Shore communities

Our services include:

• Personal care assistance
• Alzheimer’s & dementia support
• Post‑hospitalization care
• Companion care
• Respite care for families
• Fall prevention & mobility assistance

We work closely with families to create customized care plans and thoughtfully match caregivers with clients to build meaningful, lasting relationships.

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Companionship and emotional support
• Medication reminders
• Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an HHA or CNA in a home care agency or facility
• Must speak English
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation (own vehicle required)
• Valid Social Security card / legal authorization to work in the U.S.
