Training and Documentation Lead Oracle ERP
Onsite – Wilmington, MA (locals only)

- MUST HAVE:
Previous experience training in Oracle ERP - Experience training logistically spread out companies - Soft skills:
Need to be able to conceptualize and look at big picture - Experience in ERP Oracle Fusion Cloud training and documentation, with at least 3 years in lead role, specifically related to Oracle ERP systems.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering ERP training strategies/programs, with a focus on adult learning principles and instructional design. Experience overseeing and working with a team coordinating large-scale training and documentation initiatives
- In-depth knowledge of ERP modules and business processes (finance, supply chain, engineering, etc.), preferably Oracle Cloud.
