Senior SAP FI S4 HANA Lead responsible for leading large scale S4

HANA Finance upgrades and implementations with strong ownership across testing, cutover, go live and hypercare phases. The role serves as the primary onsite liaison between Finance business users and offshore delivery teams and drives Finance architecture, simplification, testing strategy, stakeholder communication and adoption of S4

HANA Finance Fiori applications in a fully onsite delivery model.

Work Model: 100% onsite

• 10+ years SAP Finance experience
• Multiple S4
  
  HANA upgrades implementations with hands on upgrade leadership
• Strong expertise in S4
  
  HANA Finance architecture and Universal Journal
• Experience working in onsite offshore delivery models
• Solid knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and upgrade best practices
• Experience with RISE with SAP environments
• Exposure to Finance Fiori apps and embedded analytics
• Familiarity with SAP C ALM Solution Manager for testing and defect management
• Strong stakeholder communication and executive presence
• Proven ownership during cutover go live and hypercare phases

• Lead FI CO FSCM Asset Accounting AP AR New GL workstream for the upgrade
• Primary onsite liaison between Finance business users and offshore delivery teams
• Own Finance simplification item analysis impact assessment and remediation guidance
• Define and govern Finance testing strategy including SIT UAT month end and close simulations
• Drive Finance defect triage prioritization and sign off
• Lead Finance role in cutover planning mock upgrades downtime validation and go live readiness
• Support post go live hypercare stabilization and Finance user enablement
• Guide adoption of S4
  
  HANA 2025 Finance Fiori apps and reporting changes.
